Very rare and beautiful Santorin vase designed by Marie-Claude Lalique, René Lalique's grand daughter, for Lalique France in 1981. This is one of the few larger sculptural pieces that she designed and a limited number of pieces were produced. The main body is a flattened bulbous design made of clear thick crystal glass. On each side of the central opening are two large whale tails in movement. A stunningly beautiful piece. It is featured on the website of the Lalique Museum in France.

In excellent condition, very slight scratches underneath. One of the early models, sold with its box of origin.
