Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within one week. Large or fragile items requiring specialist handling may take additional preparation time and are subject to a separate shipping quote depending on destination — this will be noted in the item description. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders of €300 or more qualify for free standard shipping within France, excluding large items requiring specialist carriers.

Our standard carrier is Colissimo. Shipping rates reflect Colissimo's published prices with a small surcharge for packaging materials. UPS, DHL and Chronopost are also available on request. Specialist items may be handled by independent art carriers.

Free drop-off can be arranged within Paris and the surrounding area for orders over €300.

International Shipping

International deliveries, particularly to the US and Asia, typically arrive within one month via Colissimo, though delays of up to two months are possible. Expedited services via UPS, DHL or Chronopost generally deliver within one to two weeks.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for all items except those shipped via specialist carriers. After this period we are unable to accept returns.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If an item arrives with a significant condition issue not mentioned in its description, we will cover return costs and issue a full refund or replacement where possible. Please refer to our item condition policy for details.

All shipments are insured. If an item arrives damaged in transit, you will be fully reimbursed.

Given the cost and complexity of specialist shipping for large items, we strongly encourage you to ask any questions before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns on these pieces.
